SYRIAN REFUGEES COMPLETE AN INTERNSHIP AT HE-S HECK SOFTWARE GMBH

WE LIKE TO SUPPORT SUCH EVENTS...

In cooperation with the Euro-Schulen Aschaffenburg, HE-S Heck Software GmbH gives two Syrian refugees, Taim Alshara and Ahmed Natouf, an insight into the profession of IT specialist and the German working world as part of the practical phase of the integration course.

During the two weeks of practical training, the two Syrians are allowed to look over the shoulders of the company's employees and take on their own tasks, where they can try to apply and expand their newly acquired skills.

Taim Alshara and Ahmed Natouf have already taken part in a 7-month German language course and will also have the opportunity to integrate and expand their language skills in everyday working life during this internship.

Rinaldo Heck, Managing Director of HE-S Heck Software GmbH, immediately took up the offer of cooperation with ESO. "In this day and age, it is important that companies offer a platform of integration. After all, you spend most of your life at work. Integration cannot be better than this. I, as an entrepreneur, want to do my bit and am happy to be available for more interns, cooperation and ideas of integration. Last but not least, it is also a good opportunity for our employees to get to know the people and to get a direct perspective on what is portrayed in the media," says the managing director about the company's motivation.
